Rolls-Royce is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead a portfolio of complex projects with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality. The role involves coaching Project Managers, managing cross-functional teams, and developing mitigation plans for risks and changes.

You will drive PMO excellence and identify opportunities to grow the business, engaging with contractors and executive sponsors to ensure success across initiatives in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field + 7 years of experience in customer project execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field + 5 years of experience in customer project execution.
• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field + 3 years of experience in customer project execution.
• JD/PhD in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• In lieu of degree, 9+ years of experience in customer project execution.

• Prepare and deliver project progress reports (schedule, cost vs. budget, risks, tasks, etc.) to executive management
• Identify potential additional revenue opportunities within the project and build, develop and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project.
• Assess project status via onsite meetings and work with contractors concerning generator set installation.
• Drive project and PMO excellence through risk management, change control, performance monitoring, compliance, and continuous improvement activities.

Position Summary

The position is to lead multiple projects as assigned in close coordination with account / program management. This position will execute complex / high risk projects in adherence to strict budget, schedule, and scope as outlined in the customer contract. This position will also lead special projects as required.

Basic Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field + 7 years of experience in customer project execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field + 5 years of experience in customer project execution.
• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field + 3 years of experience in customer project execution.
• JD/PhD in Business, Engineering, or related field.

• Experience supporting project governance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
