Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in project management, managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects through legal, MLR, or similar compliance-driven approval processes.
• Proven ability to identify and communicate project risks, delays, and downstream impacts proactively.
• Strong judgment in issue resolution and escalation, with the ability to clearly frame problems, impacts, and decisions needed.
