The Crowd, a Brooklyn-based boutique architecture practice, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead design and technical delivery across multi-family and residential developments in NYC. You will work closely with senior leaders, support construction administration, and coordinate with consultants in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor of Architecture required; Masters preferred.
• 8+ years of architecture and project management experience, NYC focus.
• Experience with NYC codes and regulations.
• Strong design and technical delivery capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure high-quality project delivery and design.
• Coordinate technical drafting, construction administration and overall project coordination.
• Mentor junior design team and coordinate with external consultants.
• Manage project documentation across all phases and ensure integration of technical requirements.
