Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in hands‑on program and project management.
• Experience presenting to senior executives and key stakeholders.
• Proficient with Planview or similar PPM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale projects and programs, including planning, scoping, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports using Planview or similar tools.
• Manage relationships with senior leadership, providing updates and strategic recommendations.
• Establish partnerships with cross‑functional teams including technology, operations, finance and business stakeholders.
• Monitor milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies with proactive mitigation.
• Facilitate governance processes, steering committee updates, and portfolio alignment.
• Implement PM best practices, templates, and governance to drive quality.
• Lead teams through issue resolution, change management, and decision making.
