Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a senior program manager to drive the delivery framework for complex, multi-project initiatives aligned with our healthcare strategy. This Flex (Hybrid) role requires three days in office and two remote, with opportunities to work across Illinois and New Mexico and Texas sites.

You will develop delivery and contingency plans, oversee vendors and partners, track milestones, and present to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with significant project/program experience.
• Experience in strategic planning techniques and industry trends.
• Experience interpreting business and financial information.
• Strong verbal and written communications, with senior-level presentations.
• Experience communicating with senior management across divisions.
• Experience developing and delivering executive presentations.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects in a matrix environment.
• Leadership, coaching, and mentoring of teams and junior resources.
• Self-starter with ability to deliver across ambiguous scope.
• Ability to drive and deliver scope independently in fast-paced settings.
• Strong information processing and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem resolution and negotiation skills.
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset; proficient in MS Office.
