Job summary

VIVA USA Inc is seeking a Certified Project Manager IV/Sr. to lead senior project initiatives across multiple business functions. You will apply predictive, adaptive, or hybrid PM methods and coordinate change management workstreams, guiding executive-level decisions and ensuring timely delivery.

The role is business-focused, not technical, and requires facilitating group discussions, assembling business-focused teams, and tracking milestones to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project Management experience with a PMP or equivalent.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and budgets.
• Ability to facilitate executive-level discussions and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior project management initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Coordinate and manage project milestones, plans, and resources.
• Communicate with executives, sponsors, and stakeholders for priority alignment.
• Apply predictive, adaptive, or hybrid PM methodologies to deliver projects.
• Manage change management workstreams and business-focused teams.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities and drive enterprise initiatives.
• Ensure successful transition to operational delivery units.
