Job summary

VIVA USA Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager - Consultant to lead IT infrastructure modernization, cloud, and security initiatives for a major public-sector healthcare client.

The role blends in-office and remote work (2 days in office, 3 days remote) and requires coordinating with executives, vendors, and technical teams using Jira and Confluence to drive delivery while ensuring compliance and stability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise IT project management across infrastructure, cloud, and modernization.
• PMI PMP certification is required or equivalent.
• Experience delivering programs above $1M and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple IT Infrastructure & Operations projects (network, server, cloud, cyber).
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, risks, and documentation.
• Serve as liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, vendors, and executives.
• Use Jira for execution tracking and reporting; maintain Confluence spaces.
• Manage SharePoint Online sites and project portals for governance.
• Facilitate meetings and ensure action items are completed; mitigate risks.
• Identify issues, optimize PM processes, and improve governance standards.
