Jobot is seeking a Project Manager (Mechanical) to lead commercial mechanical construction projects in a fast-paced on-site environment in Broomfield, CO. Take ownership from turnover through closeout, balancing schedule, budget, and safety.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical systems, strong leadership and coordination skills, and the ability to manage drawings, procurement, and client expectations on complex projects.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing commercial mechanical construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of drawings, specs, scheduling, estimating, and project financials.
• Experience with change orders, forecasting, billing, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Office tools and PM software.

Responsabilidades

• Manage commercial mechanical construction projects from turnover through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, procurement plans, and execution strategies.
• Own budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, billing, and change orders.
• Review drawings and specs to define scope and risks.
• Coordinate with field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Lead change management with pricing and approvals.
• Manage procurement and material delivery schedules.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions.
• Handle multiple priorities and maintain records and communication.
• Support safety and quality and coordinate closeout documentation.
