Midwest Machinery is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Operations Manager to lead the execution of large, complex, and strategically important projects. This is a hands‑on leadership role for a highly accountable professional who can manage the details of project delivery while maintaining a clear view of financial performance, customer commitments, and operational priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project management, operations, construction, manufacturing, HVAC, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple vendors and stakeholders.
• PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through closeout with accountability for schedule, scope, quality, and financial results.
• Coordinate procurement, scheduling, delivery, commissioning, and vendor activities to meet customer requirements.
• Develop and enforce disciplined project management processes and improve overall operational execution.
