Job summary

Jackson & Blanc, Southern California’s leading mechanical systems specialist, seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule alignment with profit goals.

The role requires leadership experience, HVAC system knowledge, and proficiency with PM tools, with a focus on delivering high-margin projects in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team and maximize employee performance.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC components and design principles.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, Project Management and Estimating Software.
• Solid understanding of project management tools including Textura, Procore, Building Connected, Bluebeam, Autodesk.
• Proven ability to manage multiple project types and complexities.
• Effective communication with superintendents, subcontractors and owner/clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead ground-up project delivery from pre-construction through closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor activities to ensure margins.
• Participate in design development and project scheduling.
• Verify scope of work and ensure resources meet project needs.
• Coordinate with Superintendents to monitor productivity and costs.
• Prepare and control budgets, schedules, and change orders.
