Job summary

Jackson & Blanc is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of mechanical projects in Southern California.

You will oversee scopes, budgets, and schedules from pre-construction through closeout, coordinating with department leaders to protect margins and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or mechanical engineering, 7+ years of leadership in HVAC projects, and strong proficiency with Procore, COINS, and related PM

Qualifications

• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams and drive project success.
• Demonstrate detailed HVAC system knowledge and design principles.
• Proficient with MS Office, PM software, and estimating tools.
• Experience with construction contracts, schedules, and budgets.
• Ability to manage multiple project types and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ground-up projects from pre-construction to closeout within scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Lead projects ranging from $1M to $30M+ ensuring margins and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate design development, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Review documents, manage change orders, and maintain project profitability.
• Facilitate safety programs and jobsite coordination with supervisors and subcontractors.
• Prepare proposals, estimates, and bid changes as needed.
