Job summary

Grand Teton Lodge Company is seeking a Project Manager to lead capital projects across our properties, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and regulatory compliance with National Park Service requirements.

The role requires coordinating with operations, finance, engineering, and partners to align scope with seasonal demands, while maintaining park resources and guest operations integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of design and implementation experience on construction projects.
• Experience with historic/national park projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end planning and execution of capital projects across Grand Teton Lodge Company properties.
• Ensure conformance with contract terms for construction/facilities improvements.
• Develop and submit NPS compliance requests for regulatory requirements.
• Deliver projects on schedule and within budget through planning and monitoring.
• Coordinate with internal teams to define scope, priorities, and sequencing.
• Oversee coordination with contractors to minimize guest disruption during peak seasons.
• Manage multi-million dollar annual capital project budgets.
• Build relationships with NPS contacts and local vendors for project success.
