Aramark Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager for Signal Mountain Lodge in Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming. This role focuses on developing team members, elevating customer service, and implementing best practices across all levels.

You will lead staffing, payroll coordination, and client relationship initiatives while ensuring daily operations run smoothly and safely in a national park setting.

Qualifications

• At least five years' experience in operations management in a related field.
• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• High energy level communicated to the team with a track record of growing business.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to lead in a diverse environment with a focus on client and guest service.
• Candidates must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain wage and hour compliance for local employees.
• Conduct required new hire paperwork and maintain employee files on-site.
• Coordinate payroll functions and check distribution.
• Assist leadership on special projects.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to grow base business and improve retention of account base.
• Accountable for business reviews and key interactions with key clients within the local market.
• Review and analyze business performance using plan data and recommend operational actions.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach management staff and front-line personnel.
• Optimize core processes and positively influence client relationships and opportunities.
• Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled.
