Qualifications

• New Jersey Professional Engineer license required.
• Experience with NJDOT, NJ Turnpike, NJ Counties and/or MPOs.
• Strong client management, communications and organizational skills.
• Experience writing technical proposals preferred.
• Proficient with Bentley MicroStation, InRoads/OpenRoads and related software.
• Willingness to mentor and lead junior staff.

This position involves both flexible hours and hybrid options and is a great opportunity for someone looking to bring their project management skills to deliver transportation design projects from concept development through final design and construction. The position also involves working collaboratively with a talented team of transportation engineers, environmental staff, mentorship, quality management, project budgeting, business development and client management. **About the Role:**As a Senior Project Manager in the Highway Department, you will help drive project delivery and support business development activities.
