Job summary

BHDP Architecture is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Higher Education in Columbus, OH. You will lead the successful delivery of multiple projects, manage scope, schedule, budget, and client expectations, and drive predictable outcomes through proactive planning and risk management.

Responsibilities include guiding project teams, ensuring profitability, updating plans in our PM systems, and coordinating with internal leaders to align staffing with project needs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in the design/architecture industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design (NAAB/CIDA preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Has accountability for multiple projects and teams.
• Leads the project team with clear direction and ownership of tasks.
• Manages scope, budget and schedule to ensure profitability and on-time delivery.
• Updates project plans in PM systems to enable proactive planning.
• Meets regularly with team to support employee development.
