Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

• Proven ability to lead large, complex construction teams and deliver multi-phase projects.
• Strong knowledge of high-rise sequencing, scheduling, and cost management.

In this leadership role, you will oversee all phases of complex residential projects—ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
