You will oversee strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordination with COs, CORs, and researchers to ensure timely delivery. Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience, including leadership of multidisciplinary teams and experience in marketing/communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, high-visibility projects with budget and timeline accountability.
• Coordinate with Government Contracting Officers (COs), Technical Representatives (CORs), Task Managers, and Researchers.
• Ensure deliverables are met on schedule and within budget while managing risk and performance metrics.
• Maintain staff and project tracking so customers can see project status.

Education

Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience in Business, Marketing/Communications, or related technical discipline
