Job summary

CR Meyer is seeking a Project Manager to oversee heavy industrial construction projects from planning through post-construction. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, develop budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires significant estimating experience and a bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering. Travel to project sites nationwide is expected.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of experience in estimating and managing heavy industrial construction projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Projects, and Primavera.
• Ability to pass CR Meyer trainings and safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating and execution of heavy industrial construction projects with the Design/Build team.
• Develop budgets, timelines and project goals for construction execution.
• Monitor budget status, productivity, and ensure safety, QA/QC, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare POs, oversee labor hours, expenses, invoicing, and receivables management.
• Provide periodic updates to customers and project team throughout the project lifecycle.
