Job summary

CR Meyer is seeking a Project Manager to oversee heavy industrial and water infrastructure projects from planning through post-construction. You will lead estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and safety oversight while coordinating with owners, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure scope, quality, and compliance.

Key responsibilities include developing bid proposals, establishing project goals, managing staffing and subcontractor relationships, and ensuring adherence to CR Meyer safety policies.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience estimating and managing heavy industrial, heavy civil or water infrastructure projects.
• Experience with dam, spillway, intake/outlet structures and dewatering projects is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred; combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning for dam-related scopes including site access, dewatering, and coordination of work around water.
• Prepare bid proposals and follow established estimating processes; present proposals to customers.
• Establish estimates, contracts, budgets, schedules, and staffing for construction phases.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, vendors and regulatory representatives to support permitting and field execution.
• Maintain safety and QA/QC standards per CR Meyer guidelines and ensure project compliance.
