Job summary

CR Meyer is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning, budgeting, construction and post-construction phases for heavy industrial projects. You will work with the Project Manager and team to ensure safety, quality, and budget targets are met, while preparing bids, budgets, and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction management or engineering.
• Experience in large-scale civil/structural projects preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and comply with company policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in estimating and executing construction projects with the project team.
• Help prepare bids using construction principles and design specs.
• Contribute to safety, quality, schedule and budget adherence on site.
• Prepare budgets, schedules and project-related documentation.
• Create POs, track labor hours, expense sheets and invoicing.
• Maintain subcontracts and vendor information, and coordinate resources.
• Support project updates, reports, and communications with stakeholders.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures and means/methods are followed on the project.
• Attend project close-out meetings and document learnings for future use.
