Job summary

CR Meyer in Oshkosh, WI seeks a Project Manager to oversee mechanical/millwright projects from planning through post-construction, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and budget targets are met. You will lead the project team, collaborate with customers and the design/build group, prepare bids, establish budgets, and manage subcontractors and vendors while maintaining CR Meyer safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of experience in heavy industrial construction and a Bachelor’s degree

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of experience in estimating and managing heavy industrial construction projects.
• Experience in the pulp/paper industry and/or large-scale manufacturing preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, scheduling and progress reporting for mechanical/millwright projects.
• Collaborate with customers, Design/Build team and vendors to execute projects on time and within budget.
• Ensure safety standards and quality requirements per CR Meyer policies.
• Prepare POs, manage labor hours and invoicing for project cost control.
