Job summary

CR Meyer is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning, budgeting, construction, and post-construction phases for heavy industrial projects. The role collaborates with the Project Manager and team to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to schedule and budget.

Responsibilities include assisting in bids, budgeting, scheduling, and purchasing, while tracking productivity and coordinating resources across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and coordinating construction projects.
• Knowledge of budgeting and cost control for projects.
• Ability to read design specifications and bid documents.
• Familiarity with safety standards and QA/QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in estimating and executing construction projects.
• Prepare bids using project knowledge and specs.
• Support safety and quality compliance on site.
• Prepare budgets and schedules for execution.
• Prepare purchase orders and track expenses.
• Track subcontracts and vendor information.
• Coordinate equipment, tools, and resources for jobs.
• Monitor productivity and report on progress.
• Communicate with project team and customer as needed.
• Follow CR Meyer methods and procedures for project management.
