Job summary

Qualifications

• > 5+ years in construction project management, civil/sitework focus.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is required.

• > OSHA certification or equivalent safety experience.

Responsibilities

• > Manage job costs, schedules, and execution across multiple projects to meet goals and client expectations.
• > Primary client contact; coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for project success.
• > Identify risks and develop contingency plans.
• > Ensure compliance with environmental, legal, and safety standards.
• > Utilize software to report on progress across all project phases.
• > Mentor Project Engineers and foster a high-performance team.
• > Track KPIs like on-time delivery, budget compliance, and client satisfaction.
• > Propose improvements to processes and technology.
