LVI Associates in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a Senior Project Manager for heavy highway and bridge construction. Lead major infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout, manage budgets, schedules, and teams.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in heavy civil construction, deep experience in highway/bridge work, strong financial, leadership and communication skills, and a track record of delivering large-scale projects. A company vehicle or allowance is available.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of project management experience in heavy civil construction.
• Experience in heavy highway, bridge, structural concrete, or transportation projects.
• Excellent leadership, financial, and communication skills.
• VDOT project experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with field operations.
• Track costs, change orders, risks, and overall performance.
• Maintain relationships with owners, engineers, and inspectors.
