Job summary

Cruitin, LLC. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a large water/wastewater design-build project in Northern California. You will own the project’s P&L, drive GMP development, and coordinate design, procurement, and field execution.

You will manage a team of engineers and superintendents, oversee cost reporting and change management, and ensure safety and schedule adherence across the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• PM or Senior PM experience on Progressive Design-Build water/wastewater projects of $100M+.
• Owner-relationship and GMP development/negotiation experience on design-build or collaborative delivery.
• Experience managing a design Engineer of Record and working with estimators through GMP.
• Full P&L and process equipment procurement experience.
• Current DBIA certification.
• Strong CPM scheduling (P6 or MS Project) and Vista or comparable ERP.
• Able to read P&IDs and process mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the owner's main contact through preconstruction, GMP and construction, including early work packages for long-lead equipment.
• Manage the design Engineer of Record as a direct subcontractor.
• Lead the estimating team through GMP development at about 30% design, and manage scope and value engineering as the design matures.
• Own project P&L, monthly cost reporting and forecasting (Vista), change orders, billing and collections.
• Lead process equipment procurement and sequence it to the schedule.
• Manage Project Engineers, Superintendents, field staff and subcontractors, and lead CPM scheduling and work planning.
• Own project safety performance and culture.

A growing construction and environmental services firm is hiring Senior Project Managers for its fast-growing water and wastewater construction group. The group self-performs civil, concrete, steel, process piping and mechanical work. You'll own a large Progressive Design-Build project from preconstruction through GMP and construction, with full P&L responsibility.
