Calqulate Metrics Ltd. is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Heavy Civil Construction to lead complex infrastructure projects throughout Southern California.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with self-performing heavy civil contracting, underground utilities, earthwork, and related disciplines. This hands-on leadership role oversees preconstruction, scheduling, financial performance, subcontractor management, client relationships, change management, and project closeout, with a focus

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive heavy civil construction experience.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience managing heavy civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience with self-performing heavy civil contractor.
• Experience delivering California public works, transportation, railroad, municipal, or utility infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead heavy civil projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Manage project financials including budget, revenue, gross margin, cash flow.
• Develop cost-to-complete forecasts and monthly projections.
• Coordinate with superintendents, field leadership, and subcontractors.
• Identify risks, manage changes, and protect profitability and rights.
• Mentor junior staff and build long-term client relationships.
