Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking a Project Executive to oversee a portfolio of large-scale heavy civil and infrastructure projects. You will provide executive-level oversight, guide project teams, and maintain high-level client relationships across major accounts.

This role reports to senior leadership, drives strategy, manages risk and financial performance, mentors senior staff, and leads business development with owners, agencies, and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 15+ years of heavy civil construction experience with multi-project oversight.
• Experience managing large public and private infrastructure programs, with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent projects and Senior Project Managers to meet budget, schedule, and quality goals.
• Serve as the senior client-facing representative for major accounts and public agencies.
• Drive business development and maintain relationships with owners, agencies, and industry partners.
• Review project financials, risk exposure, and margin performance across the portfolio.
• Support proposal strategy and major pursuit efforts.
• Mentor and develop project leadership talent.
