Kimmel & Associates, Inc. is assisting a client in New Jersey with a Project Manager – Civil / Heavy Highway role. The PM will oversee projects from planning through closeout, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and quality targets are met.

The position requires 5+ years in civil construction, familiarity with Procore and other PM tools, and strong communication and cost-control skills. Based in South Plainfield, NJ, with opportunities on substantial infrastructure projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in civil, heavy highway, or infrastructure construction.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety practices.

• Manage heavy civil, highway, and infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate reviews of plans, permits, geotechnical data, and bid documents to establish requirements.
