Job summary

McMillen, Inc. is actively seeking a Project Manager for Heavy Civil Construction to lead mid to large-scale projects across the Southern Central states. The role requires overseeing budgets, schedules, and compliance with safety standards while coordinating with the Operations Manager and various stakeholders.

The initial assignment is in Ardmore, Oklahoma, with travel to multiple project sites. Background checks and drug screens are standard; security clearance may be required per client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CM or related field is required.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience with heavy civil design-build projects.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage mid to large scale projects with moderate to high risk.
• Coordinate with Construction Operations Manager to align project performance with goals.
• Implement Corporate Safety Policy on all assigned projects.
• Mentor and guide Assistant Project Managers, Project Assistants, and Project Engineers.
• Prepare budgets, work plans, and cost tracking reports.
• Review owner contracts and project estimates across design phases.
• Provide constructability reviews and coordinate with design engineers.
