McMillen, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager - Heavy Civil Construction to lead mid to large-scale projects valued from $5M to $75M and oversee design-build, CM, and hard bid deliveries across sites.

The role travels to projects in the Southern Central states, reports to the Operations Manager, and covers planning, directing, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and safety while mentoring junior staff. Initial assignment in Ardmore, Oklahoma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CM or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience with heavy civil design-build projects managing all aspects from design, approvals, procurement, construction, and implementation.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required.
• Ability to get along and work effectively with others.

Responsabilités

• Manage mid to large scale projects with moderate to high risk levels.
• Coordinate with Construction Operations Manager to align project performance with goals.
• Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
• Provide Project Management duties on multi-faceted projects including Design-Build.
