Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead the execution of major transportation infrastructure projects across the West Coast. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, drive design-build and program management efforts, and ensure successful delivery of high-value projects.

The role requires 10+ years in heavy civil construction, client-facing experience with public agencies, and a BS degree in a related field; PE is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in heavy civil construction or transportation infrastructure.
• Led large-scale projects (rail, transit, highway, bridge or tunnel).
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• PE license or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction execution for large-scale transportation projects ($100M–$2B+).
• Interface with clients, agencies, contractors and stakeholders.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, risk management and quality control.
• Support design-build and alternative delivery methods.
• Mentor construction management staff and field teams.
• Ensure regulatory, safety and contractual compliance.
