Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee heavy civil construction and fencing projects in the Cleveland/Akron area. You will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, reviewing plans and contracts and coordinating with field teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years PM experience, strong skills in handling change orders, RFIs, submittals, and billing, and proficiency in MS Office. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of PM experience in heavy civil construction or fencing.
• Ability to interpret construction plans, specifications, drawings and contracts.
• Experience with change orders, RFIs, submittals, billing, and project documentation.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, budgets, documentation, and execution.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, and project scopes.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project billing.
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, customers and stakeholders.
• Identify scope gaps, risks, cost concerns, and schedule delays.
• Support procurement, material tracking, and project closeout.
