Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. in the Cleveland/Akron, OH area is hiring an experienced Project Manager to oversee civil construction and fencing projects.

You will coordinate with owners, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep schedules, budgets, and expectations aligned from preconstruction to closeout. The role requires 5–10 years of PM experience in heavy civil construction or fencing, strong plan interpretation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of project management in heavy civil construction or fencing.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specs.
• Experience reviewing contracts and scope; identify risks.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and scope documents.
• Prepare, price, track, and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout docs.
• Coordinate project billing, including progress billing and documentation.
• Work with field leadership, vendors, subcontractors, customers, and internal teams.
• Identify scope gaps, risks, schedule impacts, and cost concerns.
• Support procurement, material tracking, and job cost review.
