Goodwin Recruiting seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee heavy civil construction and fencing projects in the Cleveland/Akron area. You will manage schedules, budgets, plans, contracts, and billing from preconstruction through closeout.

Ideal candidate has 5–10 years of PM experience in heavy civil construction with strong organizational and communication skills. This on-site role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of project management experience in heavy civil construction, fencing, or related field.
• Ability to interpret construction plans, specifications, drawings, and contracts.
• Experience with change orders, RFIs, submittals, billing, and construction documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage project schedules, budgets, documentation, and overall execution.
• Review construction plans, specifications, contracts, and project scopes.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, additional work requests, and project billing.
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and address potential scope gaps, contract risks, cost concerns, and schedule delays.
• Support procurement, material tracking, job cost reviews, and project closeout.
