LeoForce is seeking an experienced Project Manager for heavy civil construction in New Jersey. The role focuses on leading complex heavy highway projects, managing budgets, and aligning customer requirements with company goals throughout all project phases.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management and estimation for civil construction, with strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, plus proficiency in project management software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and estimation in civil construction.
• Experience in heavy highway construction is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Managing planning and execution of heavy highway construction projects, on time and within budget.
• Developing comprehensive project plans and coordinating managers and technical personnel.
• Conducting detailed cost estimations and preparing budgets for labor, materials and expenses.
• Monitoring project progress and producing detailed milestone/ deliverable reports.
• Communicating with all involved personnel to identify problems and implement improvements.
• Reviewing changes to contracts with legal teams.
• Negotiating with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.
