Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Sr. Project Engineer to join our Heavy Civil and Industrial team in Utah. You will oversee self-perform concrete structures, water/wastewater projects, and underground utilities, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of project engineering experience, with strong problem-solving and communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and drive project success. Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field.
Five years of experience in project engineering, focusing on self-perform concrete structures, water/wastewater treatment plant construction, and underground utilities.
Proven experience with construction management; industrial electrical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are built safely, on time and within budget.
Experience with RFIs, Change Orders, and Submittals.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
