Jobgether is partnering to hire a Senior Project Manager to lead medium-to-large healthcare and technology initiatives in the United States. You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

The role requires 5+ years in PM, 3+ years in healthcare/government contracts, and strong MS Office/Project skills. HIPAA/compliance awareness and executive reporting are key elements of this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field; relevant experience may substitute.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years in healthcare delivery systems, Medicaid/Medicare, or government contracts.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint) and MS Project.
• Strong leadership, risk management, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large healthcare and tech projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and report progress to clients.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, and performance metrics using MS Project, EVM, and other tools.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; escalate where needed.
• Prepare executive reports and communicate with senior leadership and clients.
