Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field or significant experience in lieu of education accepted.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years in healthcare delivery systems, Medicaid/Medicare, or government contracts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint); Microsoft Project experience required.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams; provide status updates.
• Track milestones and metrics using project management tools (Microsoft Project, EVM).
• Identify risks early; develop mitigation strategies and escalate as needed.
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for leadership and clients.
• Manage project budgets and forecast resources with finance and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with governance, HIPAA policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior PMs and coordinators to strengthen the team.
