Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; significant experience may be accepted in lieu of education.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years with healthcare delivery systems, Medicaid/Medicare programs, or government contracts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; direct experience with Microsoft Project or similar tools required.
• Core competencies: project leadership, decision-making, conflict resolution, client focus, risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end delivery of projects with moderate to high complexity, on schedule, within scope and budget.
• Coordinates with clients and cross-functional teams; provides status updates.
• Tracks milestones and metrics using project management tools and reporting systems.
• Manages risks, issues, and budgets; escalates when needed.
• Prepares executive-level reports and stakeholder presentations; mentors junior staff.
