Job summary

Acentra Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager to independently lead medium to large-scale healthcare and technology projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. You will liaise with clients and internal stakeholders, provide regular updates, and proactively manage risks and resources to meet project goals.

The role involves mentoring junior project managers and coordinating with finance to monitor project financials, while adhering to HIPAA policies and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Healthcare, Information Systems, Business Science Mathematics, or related field).
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years with healthcare delivery systems, Medicaid/Medicare programs, or government contracts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and direct experience using Microsoft Project or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end delivery of projects with moderate to high complexity, on schedule, within scope and budget.
• Leads cross-functional teams and coordinates with clients on activities, deliverables, and status updates.
• Tracks milestones and metrics using project management tools and reporting systems.
• Manages risks by identifying issues early and developing mitigation strategies.
