LVI Associates is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a large healthcare construction project in Spartanburg, SC. The role leads delivery from preconstruction through turnover on a multi-hundred-million-dollar facility.

Candidate must have 10+ years of GC PM experience in healthcare, strong leadership and client-facing skills, and a track record of managing $100M+ projects. Local relocation or travel-friendly arrangements are welcome.

An established ENR-ranked General Contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale healthcare project valued at over $200M in Spartanburg, SC. This is a career-defining opportunity to take ownership of a complex healthcare build from preconstruction through final turnover.

Responsibilities:
