Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience in project management.
• 2+ years’ proficiency in interactive/digital project management.
• Strong knowledge of multi-channel media and PM tools.
• Advertising agency healthcare/pharma experience strongly desired.
• Strong financial/budget-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage both simple and complex projects.
• Escalate issues in a timely fashion.
• Analyze financial and burn reports to keep projects on budget.
• Prepare/validate project scopes and plans (deliverables, schedules, budgets).
• Develop and maintain key project documents (risk forms and change orders).
• Conduct status meetings with account management to inform clients.
