Job summary

Omnicom Health Medical Communications is seeking a Senior Project Manager to spearhead high-profile client deliverables, overseeing timing, quality, and budget from conception to completion. You will navigate creative problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration with various agency departments to advise on feasibility, resource allocation, and priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Production, Marketing Operations or related field.
• Certifications like PMP, CSM or equivalent (a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Workfront) and basic financial management tools (e.g., SAP).
• Multichannel production knowledge across print, video and digital platforms.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Financial aptitude and experience in campaign launch processes.

Responsibilities

$80,000 - $110,000

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
