TE Connectivity is seeking a Sr Project Manager Engineer (Remote) to lead end-to-end product development projects with cross-functional teams. You will drive launches on time, within budget, and with quality, while managing stakeholders and resources across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate with 5–10 years in PM roles.
• 3+ years PM experience in industrial product/hardware.
• Experience leading diverse, multicultural teams.
• Fluent in English, strong written/verbal communication.
• Proficient in Toll Gate/Stage Gate in product development.
• Experience with project ROI analysis (NPV, IRR, Payback).

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple medium to high complexity NPD projects end-to-end.
• Provide cross-functional leadership across departments.
