Kimmel & Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a $700M+ correctional project along the Gulf Coast. You will direct operations, safety, quality, and financial performance across 25+ buildings over roughly three years.

Ideally you have 10+ years in large-scale commercial or institutional construction, with strong experience in prison or secure facilities and proficiency in Primavera P6. This full-time onsite role requires travel as needed.

Formación

• 10+ years of commercial/institutional construction experience.
• Experience managing large-scale construction projects, preferably $500M+.
• Extensive experience with prison/detention/correctional facilities preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Provide senior-level leadership for a $700M+ correctional project.
• Oversee operations, financial performance, P&L, cost control, scheduling, safety, quality, and risk.
• Lead and mentor a large project team of PMs, ASMs, supers, safety, QC and staff.
• Establish execution strategies, schedules, budgets and performance objectives.
• Monitor finances, identify opportunities, risks and cost impacts.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subs, vendors and leadership.
• Ensure milestones, quality, contractual requirements and safety are achieved.
• Oversee documentation, procurement, subcontract administration, change management, closeout.
• Utilize Primavera P6 to develop and manage complex schedules.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation to protect schedule and budget.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, safety and continuous improvement.
