Job summary

Our client, Kimmel & Associates, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a $700M correctional facility project along the Gulf Coast. You will oversee the project lifecycle, ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget, and mentor a large team of PMs, superintendents, and specialists.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of commercial/institutional construction experience, extensive exposure to large-scale, secure facilities, and a strong command of Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• 10+ years commercial/institutional construction experience.
• Experience managing large-scale construction projects (preferably $500M+).
• Extensive experience with prison/detention/correctional or secure gov facilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level leadership for a $700M correctional construction project.
• Oversee project operations, financial performance, scheduling, safety, quality, and risk management.
• Lead and mentor a large project team including PMs, Superintendents, Safety and Quality staff.
• Establish and maintain execution strategies, schedules, budgets, and performance objectives.
• Ensure milestones, contractual requirements, and safety objectives are achieved.
• Utilize Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software to manage complex schedules.
