Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in the self-perform space.
• Experience running projects from cradle to grave within the Commercial, Healthcare, MF, K-12, Retail, Restaurant ($20M - $50M).
• Proficient in construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage self-perform commercial projects from cradle to grave.
• Oversee planning, estimating, value engineering, management and safety for construction projects.
