Engtal is seeking a Project Manager in Columbus, OH to lead a mix of ground-up and renovation projects for commercial, industrial, and retail sectors. The role offers strong visibility with leadership and opportunities for ownership without a large corporate structure.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in project management, experience across various commercial environments, and familiarity with budgeting, scheduling, RFIs, and subcontractor coordination. Procore experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience in a project management role (PM, AP, or PE).
• Exposure to ground-up or renovation projects is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Manage projects from preconstruction through turnover and closeout.
• Own RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay apps, and coordination.
• Support budgeting, buyout, scope reviews, cost tracking, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Superintendents on schedule, quality, and delivery.
• Maintain communication with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Identify risks and drive solutions to keep work moving.
• Build schedules and coordinate key milestones.
• Increase ownership of project financials and client relationships.
