Michael Page is representing a Charlotte-based leading contractor seeking a Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial, healthcare, and education projects valued up to $50M. The role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and with excellent client satisfaction.

The successful applicant will have at least 5 years of PM experience with a GC, a related Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills to coordinate with teams, clients, and subcontractors on-site in Charlotte.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience with a general contractor.
• Experience on ground-up education, healthcare or commercial projects is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients, subcontractors, and teams.
