Job summary

Talently in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Senior Project Manager to own complex ground-up commercial projects from preconstruction to closeout, with autonomy and executive support. Projects range $20M-$50M+, including K-12, healthcare, office, or industrial sectors.

You’ll manage buyout, cost control, schedule, quality, and client/owner relationships, while mentoring Project Managers and Engineers. This on-site role requires Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project or P6 proficiency and a willingness to work

Qualifications

• Lead ground-up commercial projects valued at $20 million to $50 million or more.
• Project experience in sectors such as K-12 or higher education, healthcare, municipal, office or commercial, or industrial construction.
• End-to-end project lifecycle expertise, including preconstruction, buyout, cost control, scheduling, subcontractor management, and closeout.
• Experience managing owner and architect/engineer relationships and serving as a client liaison.
• Proven leadership skills, including financial oversight, large-team management, and mentoring project professionals.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project or P6.
• Based in the Charlotte area and willing to work on-site at project locations and in the office.
